Realtors, Advisors, Friends.

Okay, we are more than friends.  We are ten years married with three awesome kids.  But that pattern, realtors, advisors, friends is true of us and keeps repeating itself.  Our relationship began under a Buyer Agency Agreement.  Jeff bought his first condo and I had bought a house in the next neighbourhood over. We discovered the city together, as friends for a year.  He invited me to Fashion Week events.  I had him up to my cottage for party weekends.  He’d recommend a restaurant, I’d include him in TIFF outings.  We were friends, first.  

That pattern (except the falling in love part) repeats itself with our clients.  We start as their Realtors, and suddenly we’re exchanging advise and referrals to tradespeople, places to go and experiences to be had.  Next thing you know, we’re friends beyond the ‘transaction’ of their buy or sale. We feel pretty lucky about that.  And we’ve created quite the community of client-friends.  We realise there’s magic in connecting good people, so we make it a habit.   When our goal is to be invited into your clients’ inner circle, you’d better do a bang-up job.  And that’s what we always strive to do.
